What do I do if my shipment or product arrives damaged?

We do our best to pack and ship your item with the utmost care. There may be times when an item is damaged in transit.

If you have received a damaged product, please take the following steps:

  1. Take a picture or a video of the items you received

  2. Take a picture of the barcode found on the bottom of the packaging

  3. Send these photos/videos to our support team through our Contact Form and one of our agents will be happy to assist you.
