How do I receive help with an order or make changes to an existing order?

For changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Form. Changes can only be made if your order has not yet been picked and packed at our logistics center.  As part of our satisfaction guarantee, we aim to fulfill and ship your order as soon as possible! Once your order has been shipped, we won’t be able to make any modifications.
