How do I know if my order has gone through?

Please check if you received an order confirmation from us via email.

Order confirmation emails should be received within 24h after your purchase. Kindly give it some time to be sent. Make sure to also check your SPAM folder. 

In case you didn’t receive your confirmation email from us after 24h, please contact our customer service through our Contact Form and provide the following details used during checkout:

  • Full name
  • Email address (used to place your order)
  • Shipping address
  • Screenshot/picture of your payment confirmation from your bank or PayPal account.
